What will you actually do during the ITS course in Digital Marketing Communication?
The program is focused on monitoring and strategic direction, with modules dedicated to operational management:
- Social media & community: don't limit yourself to posts; you will learn to coordinate active communities and plan editorial calendars based on marketing objectives.
- Performance marketing & media buying: you will enter the heart of digital advertising. You will learn to manage budgets on Meta Ads and Google Ads, analyzing ROI to optimize campaigns.
- Brand identity & crisis management: you will learn to build a brand's identity and, above all, to monitor and protect corporate reputation, promptly managing any reputational crises.
- Digital PR & influencer marketing: you will learn to build networks of strategic relationships, managing relationships with influencers, news outlets, and stakeholders to amplify the brand's message beyond company borders.
- Data analysis & monitoring: you will learn to read the numbers to adjust the course. Strategy without analysis is just intuition; with this course, you will learn to make it scientific.
- Project management: you will acquire the method to manage complex teams and projects, using coordination tools to meet deadlines and qualitative objectives.
At Fondazione AMMI, training follows a managerial model. Through the analysis of real cases and crisis management simulations, you will learn to make decisions under pressure and present your strategies effectively (public speaking).
The program includes a job placement service and an intensive internship in agencies or marketing departments to consolidate your experience in the field.
